Before entering your team, please make sure to validate it by downloading the Fantasy Ultimate Spreadsheet and entering your desired team names via the dropdown boxes in the "Choose your Fantasy Team Sheet". The team rosters are also available from the spreadsheet to help you pick your team.

Once you are happy with your team remember to submit the players that you have selected in the form below.
